We'll list your home in MLS; place a lockbox on your door and monitor who enters your home daily, requesting feedback from those agents who have shown your home and forwarding that feedback on to you; we'll create a website specifically for your property such as www.5543Elencanto.com (one of our listings) with many, many pictures showing off all the wonderful features of your home, because that is what the buyers are looking for; we'll market your home through multiple internet sites including realtor.com, pressdemocrat.com, and craigslist.com to name a few; we'll host your home at open houses, broker tours, and caravans, and we'll pitch your home at every marketing meeting we attend, which can be up to several a week. If you don't already have a Realtor that you are working with, our best advice to you right now is to interview several before committing to work with one, and, if you do this, allow us to be one of the Realtors you interview. You will see that, although experience and knowledge are very crucial to having a successful real estate experience, it is equally important to make sure you and your agent relate well with each other.
